Here are a few pieces from my days in (mostly print) journalism. I was a baby and the internet was too. I learned everything I know about writing on the ground, in the street, not at some MFA program. These pieces show me learning. The writing is rough and naive, but these were some of my favorite assignments, and so I add them to this archive.
